WHY PEOPLE BUY?

Why do people buy? Or rather, what is the most important component of the purchase: the down payment? The credit score? The closing cost? The pre-approval? In my experience, the crucial part is that the buyer wants to buy. It’s a visceral thing, you almost see it. You definitely feel it in your gut. More than a handful of times, I connected a buyer with one of my trusted lenders. The lender gets back to me and says "this is not a buyer, they don’t have the down payment." Or, " this is not a buyer, they don't have employment or decent credit!"
